Our Mission
The mission of GT HEROs is to improve the Quality of Life of children infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS in Georiga through student supoort at the University level.
GT HEROs Quick Summary
H.E.R.O. for Children is the State of Georgia's only non-profit organizaion providing Quality of Life care for Children affected by HIV/AIDS. there are more than 500 AIDS organizations in our State that all provide basic needs such as food, housing, or medicine.
But HERO is the only one solely providing care and Quality of Life through year round programs and special events for children. GT BAsketball Coach Paul Hewitt is on our Board of Directors and we collaborated with Big Brothers, Big Sisters to form the only mentor program for children with HIV in Georgia.
